When I decided to take on this photoshoot I knew I wanted to do something different I hadn't tried before. Playing with light in my images is something that I have always wanted to do more off but haven't felt confident enough to pull it off. I'm lucky enough to have this beautiful lake very close to my home and I love shooting there. This time of the year there are so many beautiful colors on the trees even though we are still very much in a drought. I spent an hour with this wonderful family and I can't wait to share the whole album with them.
