To have your very first professional photography session can be very nerv-wrecking and especially when you are a young kid that really don't have an idea what to expect, it can be a little harder to relax and feel natural in front of the camera.  Having kids myself in the same age group has helped me connect with the young ones and we ended up having a great time together.  This photoshoot was done in a corner of a smaller shopping mall.  The light walls created a gigantic diffused light box for me that was very flattering for the skin. Eventually I had to add just a little flash, fill light to get the catch light in her eyes but still keeping the natural look.  Just behind this building we had a wooded area that we used for the second setup.  It worked out great with the declining sun and my reflector at hand to get a completely different look for her portfolio. Good job Juju!!!
