I will not ask all my HS seniors to trek to our location in a ball gown, climb trees and hang in the middle of the street to get THE shot unless your name happens to be Gianna, and she did not hesitate when asked. She had been instructed before we headed out about the details for our day and she even suggested the road shots so I knew she was my girl for what we were doing.

I always take safety very seriously, and when it was time for our street shots I picked a stretch of road with ample visibility in both directions, light traffic, and mom on the constant lookout for any cars as well as being the designated flash holder. The fun had begun! Those are the moments I wish we had some behind-the-scenes footage to share. The sun was rapidly setting and we got some good laughs from running in and out of the street, did super-speed posing, and then quickly back to the side of the road and awaiting the next window of opportunity.

Gianna is a senior in high school and is still in the process of figuring out where college will take her. Big decisions for all these young seniors and so much to choose from.  Good luck Gianna and thank you for making my job so much fun!
