My name is Madelein DeWier. I am a photographer with a passion for capturing special moments that commemorate the connection between people, whether those people are family members, close friends or relative strangers. As a wife and mother of two, I realized many years ago that these moments happen organically; they can’t be manufactured. But they can be documented, and my goal as your photographer is to do that as faithfully and elegantly as possible. In order to infuse my work with authenticity, I specialize in outdoor photography using natural light and shadow.

     I first developed an eye for detail as a fashion designer, where I worked with celebrities and fashion icons in the fast-paced fashion industry, were visual nuance is critical to success. Later, I applied this skill to the study of photography, determined to turn my lifelong passion for capturing beautiful images into a business that helps people maintain a lifelong connection with priceless moments among people they love.
